Full transparency on the collection, use and protection of your personal data.
Only the French version of this document is legally binding; translations are provided for information only.
1Data collected
We collect only the data necessary to run the site and follow up on your requests:
- Last name, first name, company, e-mail and phone number (contact form)
- The content of your message and quote request
- Technical data (IP address, user agent) for security and audit purposes
2Purposes of use
Your data is used solely to:
- Answer your requests and prepare your quotes
- Improve the product and the user experience (anonymised statistics where enabled)
Legal bases — GDPR, article 6
Performance of a contract: access to the service.
Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, improvement of the site.
Consent: marketing communications and non-essential audience measurement.
3Cookies & audience measurement
By default, the site sets no non-essential cookies. If an analytics tool is enabled (for example Netlify Analytics or Plausible), only anonymised statistics are used.
You can configure your browser to block these items and withdraw your consent at any time.
4Retention period
- Contact form — for the duration of processing, then 12 months maximum
- Technical data and logs — 6 months, for security purposes
After these periods, your data is deleted from our systems.
5Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction — restrict processing
- Right to object — object to processing
- Right to portability — receive your data in a structured format

- No real patient data: the app stores no medical data
- Sessions protected by a unique code
